## ALGEMENE VOORWAARDEN \u2013 LOS SUENOS IBIZA<\/p>

\u00a0<\/p>

### 1. Booking and Payment<\/p>

Los Sue\u00f1os Ibiza offers the rental of the entire villa only.<\/p>

To confirm a booking, a deposit of 50% of the total rental amount is required. The remaining balance must be paid no later than 8 weeks before arrival. For bookings made within 8 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required at the time of booking.<\/p>

### 2. Use of the Property<\/p>

The villa is rented as a whole unit to one booking party only. Subletting or renting individual parts of the property (such as separate rooms) is strictly not permitted.<\/p>

The maximum occupancy is limited to the number stated in the official rental license (maximum 9 guests).<\/p>

### 3. Arrival and Departure<\/p>

Check-in: from 15:00
Check-out: before 10:00<\/p>

Early check-in or late check-out may be possible upon request and availability.<\/p>

### 4. House Rules<\/p>

Guests agree to respect the property, neighbors, and local regulations.<\/p>

– No loud music after 23:00
– No events or parties without prior written consent
– Responsible use of water and electricity is required
– The number of guests may not exceed the agreed maximum<\/p>

Failure to comply may result in termination of the stay without refund.<\/p>

### 5. External Services<\/p>

The rental of the villa does not include catering, activities, or additional services.<\/p>

Guests may independently arrange external services (such as catering, wellness treatments, or activities) through third-party providers at their own responsibility.<\/p>

Los Sue\u00f1os Ibiza is not responsible for the performance or quality of such external services.<\/p>

### 6. Damage and Liability<\/p>

Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay.<\/p>

All damages must be reported immediately. Costs for repair or replacement will be charged accordingly.<\/p>

Los Sue\u00f1os Ibiza is not liable for:
– personal injury
– loss or theft of personal belongings
– interruptions in utilities or equipment<\/p>

Use of the property is entirely at the guest\u2019s own risk.<\/p>

### 7. Cancellation Policy<\/p>

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email.<\/p>

Cancellation fees apply as follows:<\/p>

– More than 50 days before arrival: 40%
– 50\u201340 days: 50%
– 39\u201330 days: 65%
– 29\u201314 days: 85%
– Less than 14 days: 100%<\/p>

### 8. Insurance<\/p>

Guests are strongly advised to obtain travel and cancellation insurance.<\/p>

Personal data will be processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws and only for booking and communication purposes.<\/p>
