BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS LOS SUENOS IBIZA

 

Payment and Booking Confirmation
To confirm your booking you have to pay 100% for the single room arrangements. After this you will immediately receive a booking confirmation. When renting the entire villa, a 50% deposit is required and the other half must be paid 8 weeks before arrival. If you book within these 8 weeks before arrival, the whole amount is immediately considered as booking confirmation.

 

Arrival and departure

  • You are welcome from 3 p.m. on the day of arrival. Early check in is possible and bookable on RoomRaccoon.
  • Check out is at 10 a.m. on the day of departure. Late check out is also possible and bookable on RoomRaccoon.

 

Please inform us of your arrival and departure time and any delays so that we can take them into account.
It is possible at your own risk to bring your luggage earlier or still leave it at the departure villa. House Rules

 

To keep everyone’s stay as pleasant as possible, we would like to point out the following house rules:

  • No loud music after 23.00h at our location.
  • Use of common areas such as the kitchen and living room: please put away your used stuff again and put the utensils in the dishwasher.
  • Put off the Air conditioning when leaving the room. Air conditioning should never be turned on in rooms with doors or windows open. Cool a room to the desired temperature.

 

We take care to minimize our impact on the environment. We feel it is both our responsibility and that of our guests to take care of the environment of this beautiful island.
Furthermore, we ask you to be considerate of the use of both water and electricity. Please follow these simple guidelines for responsible use of air conditioning; air conditioning should never be on in empty rooms, as it takes only 5 minutes to cool a room.

 

We thank you in advance for your careful consideration of this matter.

  • We cannot be held responsible for the failure of mechanical equipment such as pumps, water heaters, televisions, electric kitchen appliances, pool filtration systems, nor for the failure of public utilities such as water and electricity. However, if there is a breakdown or interruption of any of the services listed here, we will do our best to diagnose the problem, repair or replace the item as soon as possible
  • It is not possible to sublet the villa to third parties.
  • You are requested to be considerate of our neighbors and not cause any nuisance or annoyance, including to your fellow guests. We reserve the right to terminate the stay.
    You are responsible to leave all furniture, facilities and equipment of the villa in the same condition.

 

Damage Policy

  • You will be given keys to the house, to your room and the remote control for the gate. If you lose the keys and gate remote control, you will be charged.

 

The cost of replacing the keys is 20 euros and the gate remote control is 60 euros.

  • Any damage to the house will be charged. We ask that you inform us of any damage or breakages caused during your stay.
  • A full inspection will take place after your departure and before the next guest arrives. You will be informed of any damage found (photos will be taken) and we will inform you as soon as possible of the cost of repair, hourly workers and/or replacement.
  • No loud music after 23.00h at our location. The National Police on Ibiza has a high fine for noise nuisance, namely 40.000,-. This fine is for your own account if you have caused nuisance.

 

Security and Privacy

  • We expect data and or images of all parties to be handled with discretion.
  • The rental price of the villa does not include any personal insurance coverage of any kind.
  • We strongly recommend cancellation and/or travel insurance with personal accident coverage.
  • All valuables left at the accommodation are left at your own risk.
  • Please ensure that all windows and doors remain locked upon departure.
  • No compensation can be given from us in case of burglary.
  • We would like to remind clients of the importance of supervising children at all times, especially around the gardens and pool area.
  • Please do not use glassware in or around the pool area. Plastic glasses are provided for this purpose.
  • We are not responsible for personal injury or death to any member of the booking party, or any other person at the accommodation. The facilities are used strictly at your own risk.

Cancellation Policy
Covid
About Covid-19 there are modified cancellation conditions:
When travel is not allowed from your home country to Ibiza due to Covid measures, can we change the dates of your stay at no cost. We will not do any refunds.
Rebooking regarding these possible Covid measures is valid up to and including the day of arrival.

 

General cancellation conditions:

 

The booking you have already paid or paid in advance meets the following cancellation conditions: Please inform us in writing by email if you wish to cancel the booking.

 

The following cancellation fees apply:

– More than 50 days prior to arrival- 40% of the total cost – 50-40 days prior to arrival- 50% of the total cost
– 39-30 days prior to arrival- 65% of the total cost
– 29-14 days prior to arrival- 85% of the total cost

– Less than 14 days prior to arrival- 100% of the total cost
