## TERMS AND CONDITIONS – LOS SUENOS IBIZA

### 1. Booking and Payment

Los Sueños Ibiza offers the rental of the entire villa only.

To confirm a booking, a deposit of 50% of the total rental amount is required. The remaining balance must be paid no later than 8 weeks before arrival. For bookings made within 8 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required at the time of booking.

### 2. Use of the Property

The villa is rented as a whole unit to one booking party only. Subletting or renting individual parts of the property (such as separate rooms) is strictly not permitted.

The maximum occupancy is limited to the number stated in the official rental license (maximum 9 guests).

### 3. Arrival and Departure

Check-in: from 15:00
Check-out: before 10:00

Early check-in or late check-out may be possible upon request and availability.

### 4. House Rules

Guests agree to respect the property, neighbors, and local regulations.

– No loud music after 23:00
– No events or parties without prior written consent
– Responsible use of water and electricity is required
– The number of guests may not exceed the agreed maximum

Failure to comply may result in termination of the stay without refund.

### 5. External Services

The rental of the villa does not include catering, activities, or additional services.

Guests may independently arrange external services (such as catering, wellness treatments, or activities) through third-party providers at their own responsibility.

Los Sueños Ibiza is not responsible for the performance or quality of such external services.

### 6. Damage and Liability

Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay.

All damages must be reported immediately. Costs for repair or replacement will be charged accordingly.

Los Sueños Ibiza is not liable for:
– personal injury
– loss or theft of personal belongings
– interruptions in utilities or equipment

Use of the property is entirely at the guest’s own risk.

### 7. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email.

Cancellation fees apply as follows:

– More than 50 days before arrival: 40%
– 50–40 days: 50%
– 39–30 days: 65%
– 29–14 days: 85%
– Less than 14 days: 100%

### 8. Insurance

Guests are strongly advised to obtain travel and cancellation insurance.

### 9. Privacy and Data Protection

Personal data will be processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws and only for booking and communication purposes.

### 10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Spanish law.
